We collect data such as Customer Name, Customer Email, Customer Phone Number and Customer Address for processing the service such as 3D printed models or e-learning courses. We do not send any promotional emails to any customer. however, if the customer is of specific interest to our business, we may send occasional emails about new offers.


Any customer/user can send "Unsubscribe" in the subject line to our email and you will not be contacted again from our end.

Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy

Payments made against 3D printed services cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, you can return them by sending the product to our address on the Contact Us page via courier.

Payments made against E-learning courses can be refunded provided the reason is genuine and you email us the Payment Invoice to our support team within 24 hours of the purchase. Refund will be initiated within 48 hours.
